HVOF Gun Method

The HVOF gun method uses a mixture of thermal and kinetic energy for melting and stimulating Manufacturers to powder particles, in order to deposit the coveted thermal spray coating. In HVOF spraying, fuel and oxygen are touched into a combustion chamber in a connected flow, providing a jet of disturbance products at greatly high speed. Powder particles injected into this gas steam are stimulated to a very high speed.
