Our Sand Blasting Cabinet is used for cleaning the small and medium components as metal, wood, ceramics, mold, die, casting, glass, etc. Suction Blasting Cabinet can also be used to change the condition of a metal's surface, such as through removing scratches or casting, molds marks. It is using for Etching and Engraving glass and granites. Sand blasting Cabinet is two types according to their sizes:
Cleaning in the large sand blasting cabinet is done on most large components in the form of pipe, rods, large castings, tanks, fabricated components. Shots can control automatic recycling and dust from the control blasting cabinet dust extractor. This dust extractor capacity depends on the size of sand blast cabinets.
This type of cabinet is using for small components, broken chargers, small castings, related components such as pistons, turbochargers, gears, clutch, disc brakes, brake shoes, etc. Small blasting cabinet can be divided into the mini & small sandblasting cabinet.
A cabinet is essentially a closed system that allows the operator to sandblast the part and recycle the sand or grits, This usually consists of four components:
The operator can do blasting on the parts from the outside of the cabinet by placing his arms in gloves attached to holes on the chamber, viewing the part through a vision window, turning the operation on and off using a footswitch.
There are three different types of principles typically used in a blast cabinet, pressure, suction, and one is wet.
Our Wet blasting cabinet is using a system that injects the grit+ water slurry into a compressed air stream. Wet blasting is generally used when the heat developed by friction in dry blasting would damage the part. It mostly used in oil and grease removed from components, good finish development on stainless steel, etc.
Inside the cabinet, the grit is stored in the pressure pot and then sealed. The pressure pot is pressurized to the same pressure as the sand blasting hose attached to the bottom of the pressure pot. The grit is metered into the sand blasting hose and transferred by the compressed air through the Sand blasting nozzle.
A Suction blasting cabinet uses compressed air to create a vacuum in a sandblasting gun. The negative pressure pulls the grit into the blast gun where the compressed air directs the grit through a sand blasting nozzle. The grit mixture transfer through a nozzle that directs the particles toward the metal surface.
