Shotblasting cabinets have a high advantage in that you are able to shot blast items in a closed cabin. it does not make noise and dust outside the cabin. All our blast cabinets are provided with ventilation systems, meaning that the dust is separated from the blast media in a cyclone, and the exhaust air is filtered through a cartridge filter purifying continuously with compressed air. The dust is constantly removed from the cabinet and you always have a good view of the object to be prepared. The lighting on the subject is also of major importance.
As shot blasting grit is used as the abrasive media in the blasting method so it avoids visibility dust collectors are even connected with the shot blast cabinet. In the shot blast cabinet, the operator does not need any safety gadgets like a safety suit, mask or shot/ sand blasting helmet, shoes, blasting gloves, etc. actually the whole process is executed inside the shot blast cabinet. This makes an eco-friendly, cost-effective, and pollution-free environment. We provides sand blasting cabinet with dust collector.

Connect the air supply to the intake on the shot blasting cabinet's side. Before connecting the air supply, make sure the gun valve is in the "off" position. Make sure there are no air leaks in any of the fittings. Pour the abrasive media into the cabinet's centre. Do not exceed 10 LBS (4.5kg). Excessive abrasive will reduce visibility, cause poor blasting performance, and may clog the air exhaust.
The equipment comes with four ceramic nozzles with hole diameters of 4, 5, 6, and 7mm. The size of the blasting media influences the nozzle selection. Fine media should be utilized with bigger nozzles and coarse media with smaller nozzles. Unscrew the sand blasting nozzle retaining ring, remove the old nozzle, and replace it with the new one. Connect the transformer to the mains socket and the transformer lead to the light switch box, and the unit is ready to use. Place the workpiece in the cabinet and securely close and latch the lid.
Turn on the light and the air supply, and put your hands into the shot blasting cabinet gloves. To begin blasting, grasp the gun and push the trigger. Continuously move the blast media (which resembles steam) in an even and circular manner over the workpiece. The flow should not be overly forceful or focused to avoid undesired peening. Depending on the size of the abrasive medium, the surface finish can range from coarse to fine. To minimize superfluous shot peening machine or undue abrasion on fragile workpieces, commence blasting with a modest airflow.
